William Bartram's visit to Louisiana was commemorated with six historical markers across Baton Rouge. At the presentation of the marker at the Main Library at Goodwood are Spencer Watts, Kizzy Payton, Randy Harelson, Charles Fryling, Sally Diagle, Kathy Wascom, Peggy Davis Coates, Melissa Eastin, and Andrea Wulf. Employee volunteers from Honeywell's Geismar facility recently partnered with Rebuilding Together Baton Rouge to repair a home in Gonzales. They repaired plumbing, provided handicap access and weatherproofed the home with a $5,000 grant from Honeywell. Shavaun Cotton, MD, MPH has joined Baton Rouge General Physicians.
