And when you purchase quality, it is timeless," says Jerad Gardemal of Beth Claybourn Interiors. Along with his eye for detail, Jerad himself is the very definition of "quality" when it comes to customer service. Time and again, he proves to be exceptional in his commitment to working with clients in the process of building new homes or remodeling existing ones. Such was the case for his long-time clients, Joe and Julie Cefalu. Both husband and wife sing his praises, saying how he was with them "every step of the way" as they had their latest home designed by Mike Hogstrom of Onsite Design. Although happy with their existing home, Julie and Joe made the decision to build a new home so that they could make rooms central to their needs bigger and rooms used less often a bit smaller. Julie emphasized their need for considerably more storage space and didn't hesitate to rave about how both Mike and Jerad made the couple's needs their first priority. "It's the most fabulous feature!" she enthuses, speaking of the additional storage space. She and her husband are equally thrilled by the finesse with which the two professionals incorporated the couple's love of Mediterranean-style architecture and furnishings, born of their roots in Greece and Italy. Jerad then went to great lengths to fine- tune their rooms in a style that met their needs aesthetically; this included honoring the classic, traditional and formal touches that the couple loves. Proving that "quality" is as much about the people standing alongside you as it is finished projects, Jerad went the extra mile to to make sure that Julie and Joe felt "at home." 38 Story by Alexis Marie Egan
