19 living legends honored at 2016 Pillar awards ceremony Fourteen individuals and one group were honored as Louisiana living legends who have made great strides in the areas of civil and human rights by the Southern University Law Center Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild in the recent 2016 Pillar Awards Ceremony.
